New Orleans’ citizens celebrate their Super Bowl win in a way perhaps only they can. Jazz musicians playing from the back of pickup trucks, riders on public buses chanting the “Who Dat?” cheer, and grown men crying. After so many losing seasons and Hurricane Katrina, was there ever a city that so richly deserved a Super Bowl win?
