Editor’s Note:  A little over 5 years ago, was launched with the idea of drawing inspiration from the world of sports and a stated mission:  “To showcase inspirational sports stories that focus on good deeds, overcoming obstacles, achievement and sportsmanship.”

By helping spread the word, it’s our hope that visitors will be inspired and that the same, positive feelings will be passed on to others as the stories are shared.  We’ve been on the lookout for ways to expand our reach and get our stories out to more people.

We’re very excited to announce our partnership with TeamSnap, and together we’ve launched a contest to find “The Sports Feel Good Story of the Year.”

Our enthusiasm for “The Sports Feel Good Story of the Year” is at many levels. We’re hoping the program gives stories’ participants well-deserved recognition.  We love that our readers have an incentive to submit story ideas and have the opportunity to vote on the winners.  And, we’re happy to be working with the good folks at TeamSnap.
