Establishing Your Username
When you receive your Peloton bike, you will be instructed on how to create your username. You may only use alphanumeric characters to create your username. The username must be 15 characters or less and must be unique to you. If you are having trouble or need help, you can contact Peloton Customer Service at 866-679-9129.
How to Change Your Peloton Username?
You can change your Peloton Username anytime, and it is easy. Go to the home screen on your bike. On the left side of the screen, you will see your username. Press on your username. Then, select “My Account.” When your account pulls up, press on “Username.” You can now change your username to whatever you desire.
Remember, the username must have only alphanumeric characters and may not be longer than 15 characters.
Leaderboards, Tribes, and Instructors
Peloton Leaderboards display your output, in each class, against others who have taken that class. You can use leaderboards as a motivational tool to propel your way up the rankings. The Username you create will be displayed on the leaderboard, so choose wisely. That’s one of the reasons we put this list together.
Tribes are groups of Peloton users that enjoy competing against each other and like similar workouts. They may be arranged by age, time of workout, fans of a certain instructor, gender, or friendship.

3.) During its early years, demand for the bike grew rapidly, and deliveries were slow. This forced the company to hire its own delivery drivers. Combined with a production change, deliveries of new bikes were made in a timely manner.
