How to Select a Pickleball Team Name
Here are some considerations when coming up with your pickleball team name.
1.) Consider the makeup of your team.
Is your team a pair of bangers or dinkers? Are you young or old? Women or men? Make the name you decide on reflect who you are.
2.) Is the name memorable?
Does your name stand out from the crowd? Is there borrowed interest? A rhyme? Alliteration? Is your name catchy?
3.) Is your name original?
Nothing is worse than to play at a tournament and discover that five other teams are using the same name that you’ve selected. Be creative; be original.
4.) Does the name suggest a logo?
Ask yourself how will a graphic pair with your preferred name. If something comes to mind quickly, you might just have a winner.
